Do your shirts run true to size?
Yes — our shirts are true to size when using the size guide included on each product page. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing to the size chart before ordering rather than going by your usual size, as sizing can vary by style.
Please note that our shirts are a unisex fit, meaning they are not women’s fitted styles. If you prefer a more fitted look, we recommend sizing down.
How do I care for my shirt?
To keep your shirt looking its best:
∙ Wash inside out in cold water on a gentle cycle
∙ Tumble dry on low or air dry
∙ Do not use bleach
∙ Do not iron directly on the design

How long does shipping take?
We offer two shipping options at checkout:
- Economy — $4.29 | United States only | 4–8 business days after shipped
- Standard — $4.75 | Worldwide | 2–5 business days U.S. after shipped | 10–30 business days internationally after shipped
Please note that all orders go through a fulfillment period of 2–5 business days before shipping. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is on its way.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide through our Standard shipping option for $4.75. International delivery typically takes 10-30 business days depending on your country and customs processing. Please note that international customers may be responsible for any customs fees or import taxes upon delivery.
What is your return policy?
Because each order is fulfilled individually, we are unable to accept returns or offer exchanges for size, color, or change of mind. We strongly encourage you to use the size guide on each product page before placing your order.
However, we will always make it right if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Contact us at support@the102brand.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. You do not need to return the item.

Please note that by submitting an idea, you understand and agree that The 102 Brand retains full ownership of any designs created, including those inspired by community suggestions. If your concept inspires a design, we will gladly give you a shoutout and our sincere thanks — but no monetary compensation will be provided.
